The striking expansion is reflected in notes of <strong>Tobacco<\/strong>, <strong>Leather<\/strong>, <strong>smoked meat<\/strong> and charcoal. A nose that combines Northern Rh\u00f4ne and Tuscany in a fascinating way.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Luca d'Attoma's maturing wine style is shown to perfection here: <strong>Silky elegance<\/strong> meets juicy fruit fullness. The barren, mineral-rich terroir gives this Tuscan Syrah its characteristic tension between power and elegance.<\/dd>\n<dt>Grape variety &amp; vinification<\/dt>\n<dd><strong>100% Syrah<\/strong>, macerated and fermented, then aged for 15-18 months in French oak barrels. <strong>Tonneaux and barriques<\/strong>.
