This noble white Ventoux is composed of Grenache blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc, in the style of a classic white Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape. The grapes come from the steep slopes of Mont Ventoux, hand-picked and limited to a low 15 hl\/ha to ensure quality. An explosion of fruit is experienced in the wine's youth, while later the spice unfolds. Its creator, Philippe Gimel, is convinced that this drop can easily reach an age of 20 years.<\/p>\n
