M\u00fcller, born in 1980 with a protected designation of origin Ulm, found his home in gastronomy after his Sturm &amp; Drang time and an aborted study of English, American studies and folklore.<br \/>\nFrom 2006 on, he first let Jan Bimboes &amp; Klaus Buderath (Landgasthof Adler*, Rammingen) show him the way. Afterwards, he was drawn to Schlosshotel Lerbach to Nils Henkel** &amp; Thomas Sommer. For six years, since 2013 as head sommelier, he enjoyed there the incentive to be stage designer for food and beverages to let them benefit from each other in the right light.<br \/>\nIn 2014 he was gratefully named \"Germany's Falstaff Sommelier of the Year\".<br \/>\nSince spring 2015, the much-travelled wine lover has been living in Burgenland in Austria and delights the guests of the restaurant Taubenkobel in Sch\u00fctzen am Gebirge with his laudations for the wines and plates.<\/p>\n<p>        <br clear=\"both\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Color:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>A rich brick red with an almost opaque core presents, rusting out subtly towards the rim, venerable maturity without showing age.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nose:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Mmmm. This is how good a bouillon cube can be. Besides dark fruit notes like rosehip, blackberry and plum jam, the wine is driven by pronounced spice. The aromas of roasted onion, root vegetables such as carrot and celery as well as black garlic and lovage blend together as if in a beef jus. Unobtrusively, the wine reveals its broad spectrum of aromas.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The power of Marl\u00e8ne No 3 by Peyre Rose from 2007 is full and fills the room. Yet it comes quietly because the delicacy of its maturity gives it grandeur and mild elegance. The wine has, in its origin, a taut but harmoniously integrated tannin structure.
