After his job as head sommelier at Steinheuer's restaurant Zur Alten Post (Michelin **, 19 GM), the \"Falstaff Sommelier of the Year 2012\" writes for Effilee, BEEF, the Welt Am Sonntag and other gourmet magazines and is always on the lookout for cultural-historical backgrounds and abysses. Numerous moderation jobs sharpen his profile as a wine entertainer.<br \/>\n        <br clear=\"both\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Color:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Bright garnet red with a light violet rim, transparent and clear.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nose:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Cherry alert! Without ifs and buts the fruit dominates, the cherry is joined by some plum and some mulberry. Little by little the tide turns. Balsamic-spicy notes of saunf wood, spices like allspice, mace and juniper show up with more and more air. Despite all the spiciness and fruitiness, the nose is wonderfully transparent, the aromas are almost like on a tableau next to each other.<\/div>\n<div>A wine which belongs absolutely caraffiert, to which some years bottle maturity would stand however just as.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Mouth:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The 2012 Clos Orgelot from Clos du Moulin Aux Moines is blessed with everything a Pommard needs. Immediately on the nose it is firm, punchy and has an incredibly tightly woven tannin. However, this is fully ripe and gives the wine its delicately silky texture. The wine is very complex and has a high internal density.
