After traditional bottle fermentation and disgorgement in June 2022, the sparkling wine was dosed with just four grams - brut in the best sense of the word. The minimal use of sulphur only at the dosage stage emphasises the quality philosophy.<\/p>\n The versatility of this sparkling wine is impressive: Crostini with apple, early leek, pecorino and black pepper<\/strong> harmonise perfectly with the fruit-acid balance.
