Cinnamon, turmeric, juniper berries and saffron come to the nose, as well as pickled and dried fruits such as apricots, orange zest, dates and figs, complemented by a scent that reminds one of light tobacco and tobacco box.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Sweet, almost oily, the 2003 Huet Vouvray Le Mont 1\u00e8re Trie Molleux shows itself on the tongue with concise spice and the opulence and low acidity typical of the vintage.
