A pleasant scent of freshly baked croissants with hazelnut filling, sourdough bread and almond speculoos with marzipan tickles the nose. This is joined by unobtrusive fruit and floral aromas. Sharon fruit, Charentais melon and fresh fig are refreshed by tangerine zest. The fragrant herbaceousness of basil, cucumber peel and chervil add light-footed freshness to the enticing overall picture. Meanwhile, the wine finds its grounding through delicate nutty notes of pistachio and cashew.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>At the latest on the palate, the initially inscrutable poker face turns into a victorious smile, because the 2014 Tr\u00e9pail Premier Cru Extra Brut from Benoit Marguet has a very good hand and knows how to play it.<\/div>\n<div>Royal flush.<\/div>\n<div>The delicate and balanced, yet vitalizing perlage prances teasingly across the palate, as if it wanted to seduce unconditional devotion by means of a high-carat and spirited flamenco choreography.
