Our mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Lebendige Weine, we specialise in natural, organic and biodynamic wines from the classic and up-and-coming regions of Europe. Our name is our programme: we stock wines with character that express their origin in an unadulterated way.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir bieten Ihnen ein Sortiment von \u00fcber 2.500 ausgesuchten Weinen<\/a> aus den klassischen europ\u00e4ischen Weinanbaugebieten. Neben Frankreich, Spanien und Italien liegt unser Schwerpunkt auf Bio-Weinen aus Deutschland sowie Champagne from biodynamic production<\/a>. Besides the classics, we offer special wines from Hungary and Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our range<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our collection comprises over 2,500 carefully selected wines from more than 150 producers from the most important wine regions in Europe. These include both classic wineries and avant-garde producers, covering three main categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natural wines:<\/strong> Minimally interventionist vinification, with spontaneous fermentation and with no or minimal added sulphur. With protagonists such as Matassa<\/a>, Occhipinti<\/a> and I Vigneri di Salvo Foti <\/a>we represent those winegrowers who define the natural wine movement. These wines often display unusual aroma spectra and outstanding terroir transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organic wines:<\/strong> Made from grapes without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. With producers like Vietti<\/a>Emidio Pepe, Le Chiuse and Roagna, we carry icons of organic winemaking. At the same time, we are discovering up-and-coming talents such as Tenuta di Carleone<\/a>. Organic farming promotes soil health and leads to more balanced wines with more precise fruit expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biodynamic wines:<\/strong> Grown according to the principles of biodynamics. From K\u00fchling-Gillot<\/a> and Peter Jakob K\u00fchn in Germany via Zind-Humbrecht<\/a> and A. et P. de Villaine in France up to Foradori<\/a> in Italy - our portfolio encompasses the pinnacle of biodynamic excellence. The consideration of cosmic rhythms and the use of special preparations create a self-regulating ecosystem in the vineyard. These wines are characterised by particular vitality and longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are particularly proud of our extensive selection of organic champagnes from houses such as Larmandier-Bernier<\/a>De Sousa and Georges Laval - producers who prove that organic and biodynamic methods can achieve outstanding results even in this demanding region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with producers whose philosophy we share: Respect for nature, artisanal production and authenticity. From small family businesses to renowned estates - the decisive factor is an uncompromising focus on quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of our wines come from winegrowers who work with old indigenous grape varieties and combine traditional methods with contemporary knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The founder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lebendigeweine.de wurde 2019 von Dimitri \u201cMitya\u201d Taits gegr\u00fcndet. Dimitri ist Online-Experte, Winzer und Sommelier und seit 2006 in der Weinbranche t\u00e4tig. Nach Stationen bei den Weing\u00fctern Schlossgut Diel, Jean Stodden und Peter Jakob K\u00fchn machte er sich w\u00e4hrend des Studiums der Weinwirtschaft als Marketingberater selbstst\u00e4ndig. W\u00e4hrenddessen unterst\u00fctze er unter anderen den hamburgischen Weinh\u00e4ndler Hawesko beim Aufbau des Online-Auftritts. Nach weiteren Engagements f\u00fcr TVINO, Campus Geisenheim, das Deutsche Weininstitut und das Moselweinmuseum, folgten Stationen als Sommelier unter anderen bei Maxime’s Natural Wines und Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer (**Michelin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
