All vineyards of the winery are managed organically and controlled by the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Agrarian Ecological Production).

Mas Sinén is the name of the wine cellar and is surrounded by the old vines that were planted in the 1950s. Priorat has a special shale species called Llicorella, the oldest type of soil found in Catalonia. The slate vineyards of the winery are located in an idyllic valley at an altitude of 300 to 500 meters and are laid out in terraces directly around the winery and surrounded by protective forest.

Thanks to the special minerality of Llicorella, the wines are complex, elegant and fresh. The grape varieties of the winery are Cariñena, Garnacha, Carbernet-Sauvignon, Syrah. Only 18,000 bottles are produced per year.
