Wine information
The grapes come from the historic Valpolicella Classico zones of Marano and Fumane and grow on limestone. They were fermented with wild yeasts.
Color
Light, translucent purple with violet reflections.
Nose
The 2020 Valpolicella Classico beguiles on the nose with intense and fresh fruit, such as sweet dark cherries, blackberries and blueberries. The pronounced fruit notes combine with equally sweet spices such as vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon and are accompanied by a refreshing sage and thyme note.
Palate
On the palate it is charming and drinkable, at the same time stimulating and refreshing. A wine that seduces with every sip, also due to the moderate alcohol of only 12.5 vol%. Fantastic price-pleasure ratio!
It is best enjoyed slightly chilled.
