Info about the situation
Steep slope with south-western exposure, the soil consists of clay and flint.
Color
Bright radiant yellow with green reflections.
Nose
The 2019 Sancerre Blanc "Les Romains" is elegant, cool and precise with notes of green apple, lime, gooseberry, grapefruit and still firm mango. With oxygen, fine flint notes, anise seeds and boxwood join in, wild mint is also finely woven into this mineral and aromatic drop.
Palate
The cool and fresh impression continues animatedly on the palate, fine tart notes mingle with countless herbs and clearly citrusy fruit. The whole benefits from exotic hints of mango, passion fruit and a little cassis. A coherent, inspiring drop that can mature very well and reach its peak in combination with dishes from the sea.
Be sure to decant!
