Nose
Sometimes wine just has to be fun - and this is fun, you can already tell in the fragrance sweet cherries, red currants, wild raspberries, garden herbs and a hint of sage. Floral fragrance included. More of it please, but there is enough quantity.
Palate
Lots of fruit on the palate, delicate vanilla notes, the acidity stimulating, the tannin supple. It runs pleasurably down the throat and simply gives pure pleasure.
What do you drink this wine with? Very classic Vino italiano, pasta e basta!
To be enjoyed slightly chilled.
