Wine
Champagne Tarlant Tradition Brut
To the wine
A blend of 5 % Chardonnay, 56 % Pinot Noir and 39 % Meunier from the 2010 and Réserve vintages, aged in wooden barrels. 8 gram dosage.
Color
golden yellow with amber reflections, lush but fine perlage
Nose
What a balanced, classic, pure and inviting bouquet! In Tarlant Brut Tradition, apple and cinnamon cake mingle with lemon meringue and ripe stone fruit on a base of brioche, toasted almonds and a little toffee.
Palate
Lush and lively, elegant and full of finesse is this traditional Brut. Benoît Tarlant knows how to play with Réserve wines and dosage. Everything comes together perfectly in the Tradition. It is a mature style with hints of caramel and toffee, but at the same time, the champagne has a lively and decidedly fresh acidity.
