Color
Intense, bright golden yellow.
Nose
The 2021 Terroir Historic blanc conveys pure, juicy fruit of orange, orange zest, citrus, apricot, combined with flowers, sage, fennel, wine yeast and anise. Intense, puristic and unadorned.
Palate
On the tongue it unloads with just as much juiciness, creamy, yeasty texture, lots of melting and a spiciness that tickles the palate. Long finish, very good ageing potential. Priorat unplugged!
Enjoy not too cold from large glasses.
