Wine information
A cuvée of 46 % Xarel.lo, 36 % Macabeo and 18 % Perelada with grapes from the chalky soils of the Bitlles Valley. Just 28 hl/ha were harvested. Vinification sur lattes over 69 months under cork stopper, then shaking by hand and disgorgement without adding any dosage.

Nose
The 2015 Terrers has a very strong appearance. Already in the nose one perceives the strong concentration and feels the pressure of this Cava. The fragrance shows a vineyard peach together with its flowers. In addition, there are orange blossoms, fine yeast notes and an obligatory breath of green almond and salt lemon.
Mouth
On the palate, the more than 69 months matured wine shows Terrers a fine perlage and a complex, multi-faceted interplay of freshly cut lemons, a little oxidized apple, again almonds and salty minerality. What's particularly impressive is the acidity, cool presence and mineral freshness of this bang-dry cava. The Terrers is Cava at the highest level - at the same time demanding and elegant with a long finish.
