Wine information

The abbreviation TC stands for TerreCuite or also TerraCotta. The Chardonnay base wine comes from the single vineyard Les Aventures and was matured in a terra-cotta egg. This method created the special tension and texture in this wine. Champagne. The base wine comes entirely from the 2016 harvest. Dégorgé was the Champagne in November 2020 with a dosage of one gram.

Light golden yellow with calm perlage

Nose

The »TC 2016« is a stunningly fine and supple yet exciting Champagne. It smells of the finest almond biscuit with bright yellow green citrus, almost like a hint of lemon curd spread thinly on toast. There is also lime and chalk, white flowers and a little crunchy pome fruit, if you follow the Champagne air.

Palate

On the palate the blanc de blancs Very present, clear, powerful and also very elegant. What stands out is the fine spiciness in the direction of saffron and cinnamon. There is also some warm butter, almonds and a pinch of lemon zest. The texture offers a slight resistance and seems irresistibly silky. At the same time, the grand cru powerful, fresh and precise with a clear mineral note.
