Nose
The nose of Duemani's 2013 Suisassi features highly muscular fruit and heavyweight spice notes in the ring. Pickled and dried fruits wrestle with notes of black pepper, juniper and black cardamom until some cherry liqueur seems to get the upper hand. Then the leather strikes mercilessly and the fruit basket falters until a few raspberries prance up to bring the dark tobacco to the ground. Caraffing in time accelerates the fight without winner in any case.
Mouth
100% Syrah from Tuscany are also anything but shy on the palate With rich and extract-sweet fruit in the attack, the tightly woven and high-pile tannins roll out like a red carpet. Still youthful but with prime ripeness, it lays the foundation haptically and aromatically, the acidity is precisely calibrated and illuminates the scenario perfectly. With a firm grip, spicy and viscous in the drink and great vibration, it has an epic, long and cool finish.
