Nose
You can do nothing but sink into this cool, opulent, juicy and beguiling dark fruit. Cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry jam, wonderfully framed in undergrowth, tree bark, cocoa and leather. Violets, ivy and rose petals further enhance its seductive elegance.
Palate
On the tongue, it is above all the freshness of the 2019 Pinot Noir "N" that seduces, as if one had bitten into sour cherries and fresh berries. Graphite notes and a finely meshed tannin structure carry it across the palate. Coolness and elegance - that is also the credo here. A wonderful wine, unfined and unfiltered simply incredibly lively. Spectacularly low price for this Burgundian drop!
