Color
Muted purple-violet red.
Nose
The 2012 Sousón from Attis shows refreshing fruit notes of blueberries, raspberries, jostaberries and sloe in combination with a cool stony note. After a longer opening, hints of graphite, sage, and floral rose and violet aromas emerge to add to the wine's refreshing character.
Palate
On the palate, the 2012 Sousón from Attis is extremely refreshing with a fine-grained tannin structure and stimulating acidity. A red wine that can be enjoyed slightly chilled with vegetarian preparations and fish and shellfish dishes.
