Color
Shimmering lemon yellow with clear green reflexes.
Nose
A picture-book Sauvignon Blanc, which presents itself animatingly vegetal at the start with aromas of green peppers, nettle, sage, tarragon and green pepper. Mango, lime zest and papaya follow. Exotic, cool and fresh like a mountain spring, it is a typical and at the same time special representative of its kind. The first sip is a joy to drink!
Palate
An impressive pull on the tongue with the 2021 Sauvignon Blanc from Michael Andres The exotic and green aromas of the nose dance samba on the palate and the acidity in combination with fine tannin stimulates the drinking flow wonderfully. The animating finish points to great potential - a long-distance runner, as we are used to from Michael Andres.
