Nose
The 2015 Saint -Aubin "En Vesvau" first needs sufficient oxygen to show itself, then apricots, pears, yellow apples, mango and also pineapple flow beautifully into the nose. Accompanying the intense yet elegant fruit potpourri are anise, dried biscuits, hay and some honey. Fennel and mustard seed skillfully join this round dance and give the overall picture a spicy and delicately green-refreshing touch.
Palate
On the tongue, the brilliant fruit of the 2015 Saint-Aubin "En Vesvau" gives way to an extremely precise structure that is characterized by concise spice and distinct saltiness. The saliva starts to flow with pleasure and fine tannin notes in the long finish stimulate the palate even more. Excellent food companion, which knows how to come up with unexpected complexity!
