Out of stock

Balanced by delicate bitterness of tart grapefruit zest, it shows extractive sweetness with good density, almost fleshy and yet with vertical acidity, great vibration and depth on the palate. Citrus, lemon zest, candied lemon peel and the white mesocarp define the olfactory direction, which develops noticeably with increasing aeration with aromas of cloves, Christmas stollen, light tobacco, chervil as well as crushed oyster shells and melted butter.
