Years ago, the grapes were still delivered to the cooperative, but Count Goëss-Enzenberg became aware of the quality of his vineyards and made the decision to press the wines himself. And the quality of his wines has proved him right. Manincor has become one of the absolute top wineries in South Tyrol, which now enjoys an excellent reputation far beyond its borders in Europe and the rest of the world. Under the new winery director, Helmuth Zozin, who took over the management of the winery in 2008, Manincor has once again made a significant push forward in terms of the quality and enjoyment of the wines. Last but not least, the consequent conversion to biodynamic viticulture gives the wines their final touch. Only in this way, that is the basic conviction of the winemakers, the whole quality of the terroir is revealed.
