24 hours maceration, pre-clarification by natural sedimentation, ageing in stainless steel tanks.
Color
Sparkling golden yellow.
Nose
The nose is beautiful - ripe, juicy apple fruit, quince compote and lots of citrus fruit, reminiscent of orange, lime and grapefruit. White pepper, stony notes and smoky hints add complexity to the extremely appealing aroma.
Palate
Full of anticipation, you take the 2018 Riesling "vom Rotliegenden" on your tongue and are thrilled by its juicy structure, its lively acidity and its fine phenolic. A Riesling with traction and expression that lingers long and can mature beautifully. Perfect companion to aromatic and spicy-herbal dishes.
