Color
The wine presents itself in bright, radiant lemon yellow clear and shiny in the glass.
Nose
Already the first nose of this Vießlinger Riesling underlines with which selective precision is worked in the house Muthenthaler. Only the best harvest, which is worked on the remaining 364 days of the year, ends up in this wine.
Delicate fruity aromas of yellow apple, fresh watermelon and nashi pear are ethereally underpinned by notes of pickled ginger, spruce shoots and Jun, a kombucha made from green tea and honey.
Palate
The 2018 Riesling from Martin Muthenthaler's Ried Bruck also presents itself on the palate with considered power and immense freshness. Crystalline and straightforward, it emphasizes the conscious renunciation of overripe or noble rotten grapes. Juiciness is his highest credo. Invigorating acidity and a defined body prolong its stony finish.

- Plaice "Müllerin" with chard, fried capers and sepia risotto
