Color:
Light golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose:
The 2018 Riesling Marienburg Großes Gewächs presents fruit notes of apple, citrus, kumquat and ginger that transition beautifully into smoky and stony notes. Herbal hints of sage, yarrow and wild mint also line up. Exceedingly animating fragrance that makes us want to taste this delicately matured Riesling.
Palate:
On the palate, it exudes animating fruit and plenty of lively acidity, very nicely underpinned by a salty note. The saliva flows and with each sip one is animated to another. Great pleasure and drinking flow guaranteed!
