Here is my redesign:

Visual impression:

With its bright, sparkling golden yellow that thickens at the edges, this particular drop from the Riesling Schlossberg L'Épicentre 2010 vintage is a real doozy.

Olfactory delight:

The complexity and intensity of the mineral scent intoxicates the nose in this wine. Sweet citrus aromas meet fresh mint and spicy ginger, complemented by the exotic notes of juicy pineapple and ripe mangoes. Floral nuances of elderberry and acacia blossom complete the broad aromatic spectrum and create an invigorating sense of security.

Taste experience:

The palate is spoiled by the careful finesse of the 2010 Riesling L'Épicentre. The intense sweetness is in perfect harmony with the trembling acids. A salty minerality provides the incomparable finish and the long finish leads to the perception that this wine is a true pleasure drink!

The Schlossberg Grand Cru:

The Schlossberg vineyard, rich in tradition, lies to the north of Kaysersberg, sheltered by a large granite rock of the Vosges Mountains. One of the most renowned wine-growing areas in Alsace, its history can be traced far back to the late Middle Ages. Its steep slopes and pure southern exposure, combined with the pebbly sediment-rich soils, provide ideal conditions for fruity and floral wines of particular character and unique finesse. The harmony and length of Albert Mann's pure Riesling cultivation produce outstanding results.

Our dining tip for you:

Try this unique wine with prawns in a spicy herb marinade and exotic citrus salsa. A dessert of caramelised lemon cheesecake or baked blue cheese with honey-glazed fruit lends itself to the full flavour of the wine.
