Nose
The nose of the 2008 Riesling l'Epicentre seduces with an improbable clarity and precision. Aromas of ginger, elderflower, anise and coriander flood the nose alongside sweet citrus, lime, green apple and tangerine. Everything is accompanied by the haunting scent of ground stones, the salty minerality flows into the nose like sea air.
Palate
Precise and intense, the 2008 Riesling l'Epicentre also reveals itself on the tongue. The honeyed sweetness and the candied citrus fruits are accompanied by an extremely intense and vibrant acidity. The ice wine character of this sweet revelation is even more evident than in 2007.
