The estate has been family-owned for around 230 years. Especially in the past three decades, the appreciation of this old tradition has more and more determined their actions. With respect for the knowledge and experience of his forefathers, Peter Jakob Kühn has been working according to the principles of biodynamics as a certified Demeter member since 2004. Thus, in the greatest possible harmony with nature, he comes ever closer to his idea of inspired wines. The great conviction for his future is organic and biodynamic viticulture - with many big and small challenges, but also endless moments of happiness and the increasing certainty that he is doing the only right thing for him.
