Color
Light golden yellow with clear silvery and green reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Buntsandstein from Michael Andres convinces with great, refreshing fruit, reminiscent of green apple, citrus, lime and sugared grapefruit. Ginger and lemongrass are delicately hinted at. The whole thing is framed by a wonderful minerality.
Palate
Juicy with crisp acidity, it appears on the tongue and the desire for a second sip is immediate. A fine and invigorating Riesling with ambition that can be drunk in large quantities. Well done, Michael Andres!
