Grown in old vineyards 120 m above sea level in the heart of the Palatinate. Harvested by hand. 4295 bottles 0,75l, 180 bottles 1,5l, 12 bottles 3l.
Color/Look
Delicately clouded light gold with silvery reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Riesling 120 N.N. has a Burgundian feel, aromas of quince, pear, vervain and yellow apple combine with cool stony notes, almond and yeasty notes. Its animating attack is fine and delicate.
Palate
On the tongue, the crisp acidity is animating, accompanied by the juicy fruit of the nose, here citrus and green apple join in. The mineral and delicately tannic finish and the moderate alcohol of 11.0 vol% ensure that the bottle empties faster than you can look. Its delicate and unobtrusive nature makes it an excellent accompaniment to food.
