Nose
This basic Sauvignon blanc, the estate wine of the house, clearly shows the level of the Tements. What a clear, precise nose of ripe pear and gooseberry notes, black and white currants, elderflower and crushed stone with a hint of pyrazine in the form of nettles, lime peel and pimientos di pádron, which completely avoids showmanship.
Palate
On the palate the 2018s Sauvignon blanc Powerful and incredibly juicy with a sweet-looking fruit - even though the wine is dry as a bone. Silky with a light phenolic touch and fresh acidity, it runs down the throat and you just want more of this wine, whose lemony-fresh and at the same time slightly bitter finish along with a hint of saltiness leads to so much pull that the bottle is emptied in no time.
