Aromas of dark plum, plum jam, blackberries, black morello cherries and blueberry compote meet juniper, cocoa, cedar and chimney smoke. That this wine gives great drinking pleasure is already revealed by its charming aroma.
Palate
Soft and velvety, it lulls us and seduces us with its sweet and dark fruit. The tannin is polished, the acidity fine and stimulating, the smoky, herbal and spicy inclusions are extremely animating. Balm for palate and soul, a vital drop in every respect, pure for meditation or in combination with juicy and varied cuisine.
