Deep, impressive black-red, with purple reflexes, almost colour-dense to the rim.
Nose
From the exceptional 2012 vintage, this Reserva presents itself with incredible density and at the same time cool aristocracy. Its aroma is characterized by dark blackberries, dark plum jam, quince bread, black josta, freshly brewed coffee, fine dark chocolate, chimney smoke, juniper and roasted rosemary. The whole is coated by its clearly mineral and stony imprint.
Palate
This coolness and tautness is also wonderfully transported to the tongue, where it appears powerful and distinctive on the one hand and conveys a lot of elegance with all its fullness. Fine-grained tannins pair with its charming, pronounced dark fruit and a fine fruit sweetness. A wine that is still at the beginning of its development and will mature wonderfully. The perfect companion to dishes from the grill in the approaching summer and at the same time to autumn and winter cuisine - a real all-rounder!
