Sparkling cherry red with black and violet reflections.
Nose
The 2005 Remirez de Ganuza Gran Reserva reveals a seductive nose reminiscent of wild raspberries, cherries, cassis and blueberry juice. Distinct herbal notes reminiscent of rosemary, thyme, and sage are accented by floral hints of violets and wild roses. Fine graphite and spicy notes of star anise and cinnamon accompany this seductive bouquet. A wine that is incredibly stimulating and elegant!
Palate
The 2005 Remirez de Ganuza Gran Reserva is also seductive on the tongue, silky and velvety it glides along the palate and reveals to the taster a finesse reminiscent of a mature Bordeaux. The mineral and long finish awakens the desire for another glass and the accompaniment of fine cuisine. Its storage potential is far from exhausted.
If you want to enjoy it at this point, you should decant it and serve it in a sufficiently large glass.
