Purple with violet rim, transparent and clear.
Nose:
Dark fruits like mulberries, elderberries, raspberry jam and black cherries outline the fruit basket, dark chocolate and dried fruit complete the still life. Mild spicy notes like black cardamom, black pepper and juniper mix with cool minerality and floral notes.
Mouth:
The 2015 Reliefs from Domaine Roc des Anges is made from 100% Carignan and shows precise tannins and deep, dark fruit on the palate. It is underpinned by cool minerality and delicate herbal spice in the recurring aftertaste. The flawless fruit mirrors the flavors of the nose on the palate as well.
