The 2015 Reliefs from Domaine Roc des Anges is made from 100% Carignan and shows precise tannins and deep, dark fruit on the palate. It is underpinned by cool minerality and delicate herbal spice in the recurring aftertaste. The flawless fruit mirrors the flavors of the nose on the palate as well. Brilliant Carignan with a high fun factor.
