Color:
Dense, radiant golden yellow.
Nose:
Smoky, mineral, the 2019 Qvinterra Riesling opens the round and presents itself already in the nose earthy, pure and powerful. Its fruit remains in the background at first, it needs oxygen to reveal it. After caraffing, it presents itself with apple, apple peel, passion fruit and even a hint of wild raspberry and cassis.
Palate:
For a Gutsriesling, it is incredibly complex, which it also proves on the palate, which it attacks in a cool and refreshing way. With a lot of pressure and an ingenious draught, this wine makes the taster happy already solo, in the combination with earthy cuisine, it runs up to top form.
