Double brandy made from fermented plums from Alsace. Aged for at least 6 years in stainless steel tanks. Tasting note by Emmanuel Nasti This double brandy impresses with its impeccable purity and transparency to the eye. The nose is elegant and shows the beautiful ripeness of the stone fruit. The palate is lush and silky with great aromatic intensity. Emmanuel Nasti, head sommelier and co-owner of the starred restaurant Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, is a border crosser.
