Color
Bright pomegranate red
Nose
The intensely fragrant nose of the Prosa Rosé from Meinklang pours out a whole cornucopia of reddish aromas. Raspberry, strawberry, currant as well as rhubarb and pomegranate literally pour out of the glass. A cherry-cream sweetness also intensifies with time. The lactic notes are kept in check, however, and the playful fruit is clearly in the foreground. The nose definitely promises nonchalant drinking pleasure.
Palate
The Pinot Noir sparkling wine from Burgenland convinces with fruit, lightness and drinking pleasure. The red berry aromas are invigorating and balanced. With a present acid structure, the Prosa is light on its feet. The berries are joined by some rosehip pulp in the finish. In summary, it can be said that fruit, perlage and acidity act very harmoniously with each other.
