Color
Bright yellow, radiant and clear.
Nose
In the nose roasted notes mix with fine autolysis notes. Salted hazelnuts and walnut shells mix with freshly baked yeast plait. Salt almonds join and a sip of manzanilla, chamomile tea and yellow apple peel make the wheel go round.
Mouth
On the nose, the Fil de Brume from Champagne Jeaunaux-Robin shows its hedonistically juicy side. The cuvée of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir is skillfully dosed with six grams and reminds of hazelnut yeast plait, apple compote and candied orange peel on the palate. With a joyfully effervescent mousseux, it lines the palate, the fine fruit is carried into the long, yeasty clear finish that ends on animatingly tart notes. A highly gastronomic champagne.
