Double brandy made from fermented apples from Alsace. Aged for at least 6 years in stainless steel tanks. The Eau-De-Vie d'Alsace Pomme Golden by Jean-Paul Metté is mainly used in patisserie for the preparation of apple compote and apple tartes. However, it is also excellent as an aromatic digestif.
