Color
light golden yellow.
Nose
The scent of a summer meadow in full bloom combines with the 2008 Pinot Gris Altenbourg Vendages Tardives Trie Spéciale with aromas reminiscent of honey, candied pineapple, candied orange zest and quince bread.underpinned by a fragrance reminiscent of dry biscuits, honey and minerals and herbal notes reminiscent of coriander and verbena.
Palate
Despite the intense sweetness, it is more than refreshing due to the stimulating acidity and the moderate alcohol. The reverberation seems endless and is characterized by a fine salty note.
