Info about the wine
The vines for the Petit Chablis of Domaine l'Enclos grow on 1.75 hectares of clayey limestone soils. Planted in the 1980s, the site overlooks the church of Beine. Hand-picked and fermented spontaneously with their own yeasts in steel, the wines are minimally filtered and sulphurised before bottling.
Color
Sparkling golden yellow with silver reflections.
