Color
Sparkling straw yellow with green reflections, very relaxed even perlage
Nose
The nose literally encourages you to take a big sip. Lemon zest, orange zest and plenty of fruit in the background. White currant is found alongside some lychee and nectarine. Lemon balm, mint and coriander provide a generous portion of ethereal herbal spice. The yeast clearly appears without coming to the fore. Fresh almonds, a hint of yeast plait as well as marzipan round it off.
Palate
On the palate, it is unagitated and palatable. Very accessible in its yeastiness with a tendency towards juiciness. The carbonic acid and acidity enliven it incredibly well. A fine mousseux spreads out without taking up too much space. Citrus and vitalising elements take over the active part. It is slender and exudes great drinking pleasure. The zest as well as herbal nuances come to the fore again. The finish is underpinned by a fine yellow floral note.
