Wine information
The after respect-BIODYN-The Pinot Blanc was harvested by hand. In the winery, sorting was followed by a 24-hour maceration period with pre-clarification by natural sedimentation. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine was aged in stainless steel.

Nose
At 2021s White Burgundy von Rebholz, finesse and expressiveness find a beautiful balance. The wine smells of apples, peaches and ripe lemons, verbena and some tannin reminiscent of blond tobacco.
Palate
On the palate the White Burgundy seductive with its creamy melting texture and light fruit sweetness. The extended maceration time provided structure and a very fine tannin that blends into the white-fleshed fruit. This is a round, coherent charmer that will carry a lot of people along.
