Info about the wine
The hand-harvested grapes come from several predominantly limestone and slate sites in the municipality of Jois, located at the northern end of the Leithaberg.
Color
Brilliant golden yellow.
Nose
The cuvée white lime and slate from 2020 smells of almonds, yeast and walnut, after aeration fine fruit notes of pear, apricot and rosehip appear. The whole is beautifully framed in notes of lime and slate and freshly ground white pepper.
Palate
On the tongue, it appears with a certain delicacy and much elegance. Its fruit seems juicy and creamy, its acidity fine and pointed. The spiciness that surrounds it wonderfully stimulates the appetite. The perfect food companion to a variety of dishes and a wine that perfectly reconciles different tastes!
