Nose
Beguiling freshness is the credo here, vineyard peach, apricot, lemon, lemon peel, orange. Accompanied by wine yeast, white pepper, anise and light mustard seeds. Even if it appears cloudy in the glass, it already seems like a crystal-clear mountain spring in the aroma. Incredibly animating!
Palate
On the palate, the 2020 Grüner Veltliner Manila is an unadorned and honest wine. A real treasure, fine bright and yellow fruit, delicate yeasty notes, delicate spice and an invigorating, very well buffered acidity. Even if it rests in itself with spectacularly low alcohol of 10.5 vol% - this wine has fire!
Be sure not to serve it too chilled in a larger glass!
