Color
Bright golden yellow
Nose
This is far from an aromatic, loud muscatel. In the first impression, one experiences Far Eastern nuances like saffron and turmeric. Acacia honey, a little maple syrup and lime zest appear. In the background, a delicate floral note of yellow blossoms resonates as well as a little abrasion of a cinnamon stick.
Palate
On the palate, this Muskateller reveals its true strength. It is a food companion par excellence. The discreet residual sweetness complements the acidity and the fresh aroma perfectly. The creaminess of the maturity offers the inclined connoisseur numerous possibilities in the food combination. The exotic spices remain discreetly in the background. Ripe lemons take the stage and act wonderfully in the finish at a lean 11% by volume. A discreet tire note develops slowly, but this should rather be considered as another dimension of the aroma.
