Color
Cloudy golden yellow.
Nose
Intense slate aromas and a smoky note penetrate the nose immediately after opening, yeasty notes combine with yellow fruit reminiscent of mango, orange and candied lemon peel.
Palate
A wine that you can literally bite, wonderful density combined with stimulating acidity and salty note, an incredibly animating drop and a wonderful example of an exceedingly skillfully vinified natural wine. It harmonises with a wide range of dishes and feels particularly at home with fruity and spicy influences. Decant!
