Update 11.05.2021
Color
In light lemon yellow with discreet greenish reflexes the wine shows itself clear and shining in the glass.
Nose
The first aroma that rises to the nose combines spring-like fresh fruitiness with fine spiciness. Besides delicate aromas of lime, apple and elderflower, as well as rose syrup and lemon balm, an exoticism of kumquats, pickled ginger and lychee reinforces the wine. Herbal notes of fresh dill, orange mint and pink pepper berries expertly flavour the aromatic picture.
Uncomplicated hospitality dances around slightly tipsy in the glass.
Palate
If colorful were a color, this would be a kaleidoscope to drink.
Exorbitantly juicy, magnificently fruit-laden yet bone dry, the 2018 Muskateller from Hans-Jörg Rebholz is of a very refreshing nature.
The marriage of the fragrant veil of muscatel with unexpectedly sparse stylistics creates a friendly essence that invites you to raise a few glasses in a relaxed mood and good company.
Do it!
